@jpatanooga Logistic regression on pixels gets 92% or so. It's hard to score below that, it has got to be a deliberate project.

CNNs crush it to 98 or 99. Not really a discussion anymore.

and the simplest possible NN you can build (FC, 1 hidden layer, no regularization) gets to 98.5% if done properly.
