I mean, I'm all for basic income. But it is flat out wrong that employment rate will be divided by 2 in 15 years. It will be about the same.
We have already automated all (past) sectors of human activity, multiple times over. But this time will be different!

I can't even begin to conceive the confusion of ideas that would lead one to think that work automation leads to lower employment rates.
