Another day, another "signal failure" making me late. Bring back British Rail and let the state own all parts of this problem.

@fchollet Within the context of a service where there can be no free market and the state must act as a proxy for it, it seems reasonable.
@egrefen the free market holds a company accountable. If your train co was state-run, no one would hold it accountable, just like in France
