you can teach a machine to fake a sense of humor, but can you make a machine that has a sense of humor?
@amiconfusediam first it needs to be a social machine. I think humor is a strategy for dealing with uncertainty & fear in social situations.

@fchollet telling jokes to others is a social strategy, but I wonder if humor (as a concept) itself is a social strategy, I am not sure. -
