@adnothing "I want Torch in python" doesn't make sense to me. Isn't Torch a replacement for the NumPy + SciPy stack?
@mblondel_ml @adnothing What ppl want is not "Torch in Python", they want a great Python-based NN library (with no compilation, apparently)
