If you count all these, and you probably should, then I would recommend a16z use the term "web8" for its PR campaign, that would be more accurate than web3
It's also important to note that these "successors" are never replacements, even when successful. They're new layers added to the old stack. A "new web" is successful if it gains enough traction to become the new center of gravity of the tech ecosystem.
