In fact, I'd say this is a personal obligation you have to those around you! It's only by absorbing positive vibes that we're able to give that energy back. A full heart makes the world go round.

I think it's important to identify parts of your life (and job) that energize you, that you're excited about, and find ways to maximize that, while also minimizing what drains you. Make your day-to-day positive and energizing, avoid burnout.

One thing that energizes me: talking to people building cool things -- in particular Keras users. Their enthusiasm is contagious.

I think it’s also true socially. I recently went on a bike camping trip and I hung out with people that spiritually and mentally drained me. They weren’t bad people, but it’s just something to consider
