  but in this case this value is dependent on the one evaluating the statement. this value is not inherent in the statement itself as it will trigger different behavior from different people.

  While this is true, it should come with a warning: Doing so will get you in all sorts of social disagreements, as people often react defensively when you challenge their state of mind . One way or another, its so fun I just cant help myself .
