The problem is very much information hygiene and the impact of our information infrastructure design choices. And because the nature of the problem is systemic, you will see the same type of issue arise again and again in many different contexts, long after Covid is finally over.

It could be argued that once you plug into an info ecosystem, you have a personal responsibility to learn/develop information hygiene. That does not absolve the government of its responsibility, however. The latter Q can be discussed separately.

I think is a part of an educational problem. If people could understand better how works a vaccine, the balance beneficial/risks, efficiency of vaccine in history. 1. They do not like when it's said there is no risk 2. They do not understand the vaccine coverage part.
