        I think this js very true. That said, would be interesting to see some study about this (a serious, prospective, double blind study), proving the point and even estimating the magnitud of the effect. This is relevant to most human beings these days...

        Agreed. But the impact of consuming information goes far further in the future. Info curation and consumption is extremely underrated.

        In an information-rich world, the wealth of information means a dearth of something else: a scarcity of whatever it is that information consumes. What information consumes is rather obvious: it consumes the attention of its recipients.
