I guess my crux question is then: do you feel it may then imply it’s more effective to focus on context than this latent genius to produce these desired outcomes? Not to diminish talent ofc but moreso rather encourage the probability of it being realized I suppose is my q intent
The goal of any reasonable organization should be to create the right environment that enables the sort of people in that organization (probably not geniuses) to realize their full potential. Most people remain much under-utilized, geniuses or not.
