In general this is a good success metric for a framework: how much time & effort do you save your users? The purpose of a good framework is to minimize time-to-solution.

From anecdotal experience from weekend hacking: tasks that took ~4-5 hours with TensorFlow 1 APIs take ~20-30 min with Keras and modern TensorFlow APIs. We've come a long way

With nvidia labs dropping tensorflow in lieu of pytorch / it’s kinda game set match for next few years 3-4 years. I also do wish tensorflow swift had worked out.
