Except personality features may very easily be considered abilities. Ability to delay gratification, sensitivity to failure, tolerance to risk/stress/adversity etc. These properties can be ascribed both to "personality" and "natural ability".

Yeah, “ability” is vaguely defined and the distinction between personality and abilities is not clear to me.
