It's been a while #TFDevSummit or #TFWorld happened. In retrospect, I think the #Keras community has grown big enough and there could be a separate Keras-focused #DevConf.

Thanks for suggesting! In principle, that's a great idea. In practice, we'd need to find someone to organize it -- I wouldn't have the time/focus to do it myself. And official Google events tend to be solely under the TensorFlow brand.
