As a Seattleite, I love this, however, the rampant NIMBYism in Seattle is quite bad too. Work in progress. I think it can be fixed before it gets as bad as SF.
The speed and scale at which Seattle is developing is amazing (though it could be even better). And that includes public transportation!
This is true, but rollout of Link (the analog to Bart) has slowed, and even core lines, like the Ballard-West Seattle line are being “reconsidered.” That said, I’ll take Seattle over the Bay Area any day….
