Minor tweaks in how the media talks about vaccines (and the mountains of evidence we have that they're safe and effective) will not solve vaccine hesitancy. It's a drop of water in an ocean of disinformation.

The anti-vaxx/anti-mask movements both have a very astrotrurfed feel to them (for example the stickers which keep appearing in my village look like a professional graphic designer was involved, and all appear around the same time)

Suggesting a few (well funded) people are behind this (I’m not going to engage in conspiracy theories by guessing who or why, I genuinely have no idea), if this hunch is correct than the strategy you are suggesting would work very well
