So take care of your people. Have empathy for your users, have empathy for your team. Create people-centric systems. This is always my #1 piece of advice to software engineers. And usually the most disregarded one

I think it is partly a buying into a willfull erasure of the servant/plumber class. "AI", "ml", "cloud", "devops": tool-centric language that erases the people who do all the work. Nobody says "did you try using *sales*?"pic.twitter.com/3YcgtYmz4o
