  I had to learn this the hard way in my MS...convincing yourself that things are working, and doing thorough testing that you can record in a notebook is crucial.

  We did that for everything. Hiring, firing, resignations, projet life cycle, onboarding, product, etc. We did more as a team of 6 than we did as a team of 17.
