If no one else in a team understands you or why certain details matter to you, expect opposition to your work; pick your battles wisely. Some things you can explain, the pain of the rest must be experienced first for a solution to be accepted ("problem-solution ordering issue").
Work on things you care deeply about. Things where you will want to get every detail right. Even if no one else understands why you care so much. Because that's how you do great work. If you find yourself winging it, you should probably be doing something else.
