Ok, really starting to nerd out on crypto. If you, open source maintainer or contributor, were to be awarded Conda Coins each month, what would you want them tied to? # of unique users? # of pkg installs (by real people)? # of cpu hrs? And what would you like to buy with them?

Would you accept coins for prioritization of issues in your project tracker? 1:1 sessions by users? Conference speaker honorarium?

Honestly at this point I only have negative associations with cryptocurrency - I wouldn't want it anywhere near any of my projects. The good actors in that ecosystem are vastly outnumbered by scammers and get-rich-quick people

The ratio is 100,000:1. It's not unhealthy for folks to want to get rich as quicky as they can, but I'd rather have folks incentivized to create value than to participate in pyramid schemes (while destroying the environment)
