The wonder of endings mirrors the wonder of beginnings. Only a fan with no sense of storytelling and beauty would want their favorite show to keep airing new episodes forever. Artists know when to end. Which leaves room for the next story, the next generation.

Very true, For me,
@PrisonBreak is a good example of that. The first season was incredible, but then I think they got overwhelmed with the fans response and just kept producing seasons, and after a certain period it was terrible.
