Beautiful piece! The structure reminds me of Pachelbel's canon. I wonder what would happen when the bassline does not per 100 percent reflect the chords and is reflected in the other "voices" (e.g. tenor cantus firmus) at one point. Bach's chorales are good pieces to study that.
