both are good. But real power of tensorflow requires proper serialization, that's not easy PT can have same speed without much effort. That's why PT is preferred.

PyTorch is one of the most widely used frameworks in academia. For future researchers, learning PyTorch can be more beneficial since they can better understand previous implementations.
