A not very popular lesson to teach in class these days but a life-changing one.

The film "jodorowskis dune" is an interesting exploration of this. Jodorowski had a grand vision for what he wanted dune to be, but it was ultimately not tenable for any movie studio to invest their money into it, since it would be a massive financial risk.

So many organizations and hierarchical social constructs create tight little boxes for people to work within. Many ideas never get the context to be pondered. Our thoughts are the result of our preceding experiences. Seek variety in life, innovation will be natural.

I have never felt more fulfilled than after creating something which genuinely came from the heart. Some of our most important work is deeply private, I feel.

It very much depends on whether one depends on the fruits of one's creations for one's daily bread. In principle, I agree with you. In practice, most of my life has been a balancing act - just like every "creative" person who isn't independently wealthy.

True, also creating something that do not disturb the balance of all things seems important. Is there any freedom without stability?

May certainly soothe the soul, but not necessarily that of the financier(s)!
