What turns far-right ideology into actual fascism is the use of violence to achieve political goals. The storming of the Capitol (with intent to murder political opponents) was clearly fascism.

We have seen violence manifest from ideology all over the world - and it isn't fascism alone that we should fear, but other kinds of violence, inequity, and the like that may start from other schools of thought. The US riots some months ago were equally bad if not worse.
