How does this work to fire up the base if the Electoral College makes Biden the president elect before the Georgia run-off? Wouldn't all the supposed fraud undermine GOP voters faith in elections and cause them to stay home rather than vote?

Exactly-- and not only do the elections not work, but the president you want is still in power? Whats the motivation at all to go vote? I believe for trump's people this is all absolutely a last ditch money making scheme but to have the secretary of state say this doesn't track
