  But asking for bad answers sometimes produces a thread that makes me laugh. The unsolicited bad answers usually make me cringe. Or get me to close the Twitter app and do something more pleasant, like cleaning my bathroom or my cat’s litter box.

  Commonly you need to pass through dozens of bad ideas to get a regular one. So the probability of making a good reply before the tweet shadows away is fairly small. (Applies to this reply too)
