@fchollet I have been following your comments about Reddit's ML channel and today was the last straw. It is so toxic and misogynistic (grad student in our lab had a horrible experience recently). What do you suggest as an alternative? Twitter/LinkedIn have too many "evangelists"
Stay away from Reddit for sure -- besides the toxicity, the discussion there has zero intellectual content. If you just want to stay updated on what's happening in ML, I think Twitter works well. For open-ended discussion, I just don't know. I miss the days of pre-web-2.0 forums
