It's healthy to be always asking -- how can I prove myself wrong, quickly? Where are the flaws? How do I know this for sure?

No one lies to no one else. Absolutely no one can manage not to lie to oneself, it's impossible. Our brain is litterally trained to backpropagate future excuses into past actions to post-justify them. I'd argue it's better to know when u lie than let urself do it unconsciously.

Our brain will litterally change how we remember the experiences we lived to make ourself be right about them. When your own memory corrupts itself as a result of your thinking, it's impossible to never lie to yourself or claim that you do.

The most dangerous thing is getting used to lies, changes behavior patterns in the brain so much that the lie may be reality to the brain, a dangerous disorder
