That article gets all up in a fuss about people claiming cities are green and then never explains why they are not. It ends with other states produce the energy for cities and that should be counted towards their emissions ... Ok but these places are indeed using less resources.

I'm currently on extended vacation a lake in the woods in Northern Vermont with my family, the local store and the library on the other side of the lake. There are a lot of nice places in Paris suburbs and, in fact, I do not like this word "suburb" because it gives a centric point of view that hides places richness. I prefer to introduce the name of a town to avoid generalisation.
