I can't answer that. It has been much better in British Columbia than I expected, but far, FAR worse -- not just than I expected, but that I could ever imagine -- in the US, home of my birth.
When you dig in far enough doing the research on why "the stuff going on that doesn't make sense" you become disappointed, not surprised.
