  Le plaisir des gaussiennes: la somme de gaussienne décalée en temps donne un plateau. Comparer les États-Unis avec la France c'est un peu comme comparer Monaco avec la France. Si on compare les États-Unis et la France nombre de morts par habitants on est vraiment médiocre.

  No, it did not have an incompetent start. Not only did it manage the patient flux perfectly, but France lead the european effort to a more humane and cooperative solution, while preparing help for developing countries. And.. the numbers speak for themselves.
