Well there's not much else for them to grasp for, eh? In all seriousness though, there's a pretty big part of the economy that could be put to better use by doing things right the first time. Feels like these are connected.

To add, you can always get a second or third or fourth chance at property and position. It’s hard but you can do it. You only get one chance with your life. The risk is clear if your moral compass is tuned right.
