It's easy to contest that he suggested using disinfectant as treatment (or inversely, to suggest "he wants to inject bleach in people haha"), because literally none of what he says makes any sense on its own. It's word salad. You can interpret it any way you like.

The emperor has no clothes. He used to talk coherently (eg interviews 20 years ago) but Trump no longer can. As in the fable, the crowds pretend he is well dressed, or at least normal. Even mainstream media tries to give rational explanations for what he says.
funny, they have been saying that about his opponent as well, except by they, I do not mean only the people of the right, but people on the left as well. Progressives even make montages of Biden throughout the years.

The incoherent rambling is nothing new. From the beginning what attracted people to him was a set of attitudes (which they share to varying degrees). Rationalization came after the fact: a begrudging, half-hearted nod to the idea that politicians should be selected on merit.
There's also a real component to this where they will defensively circle the wagons. They see Trump being accused of being stupid and remember all the times they felt less than smart and immediately don't want to support a system they don't think values them.
Yeah, maybe we should get Biden to interpret. Because he's so sharp.
