You should stop touting SK as better. US at 6x the pop. is similar in TRUE rate of infection and death. And has actually responded far more effectively, when evaluated without bias. (U must extrap. only from # deaths. # infections depends far too much on levels of testing.)

I've seen these kinds of arguments before. The thing is, SK infection is close to contained. US is still going exponential. Your comparison will not age well, and by "age" I mean in a few days.

Yes, but it's not just about throwing money at it. A huge part of the issue has been well funded agencies that turned into bureacratic nightmares and were unable to respond in a time of crises.
