What about opencl or sycl support?

opencl/sycl are programming paradigms for GPUs (hundreds of "threads" running the same code in parallel on different data). TPUs are vector processors coupled to a giant hardware matrix multiplier. Their compiler is XLA. Different HW+SW for a different application.
