I imagine the levels of self loathing you'd have to have to write music for tiktok are very high. Similar to a photographer taking shots specifically to sell on a stock photography site.

I guess. Some people have live laugh love pictures in their house too. Throwaway junk why would you do that. Timeless works or don't even bother imho. But I'm the last person in our generation who still writes albums so

I think text is different and can be short to make a point. Music like cinema requires time. Moments of silence. Patience. Momentum to build. If anything we should be going longer here no more constraints.
