I think the notion that there's a "deep learning framework war raging" is pretty mistaken. It's not like there are different clans that don't talk to each other. The majority of people use multiple tools, often within the same project.

Your tone in this thread is quite contradictory to how you have spoken about *other * DL libraries in the past. I may be wrong but I honestly feel like you have played quite a role in creating the impression that there is a competition amongst the libraries.

I've been tracking Keras / TF adoption metrics for a long time. That's what you do when you create products: you track adoption. If you've been listening to me I've also been saying since forever that the existence of multiple options & cross-pollination are good for users.

I've also been seeing, since before Keras existed, that communities around different tools are not silos and are not enemies. They overlap greatly, people move from one to the others, and they benefit each other at the end of the day (if they can stay relevant).
