  Simulations that are severely overfit to that past test data. When new data came by that was outside the current test data, for example NIF, the models failed in their predictions.

  recently encountered nightmare"Bus. Analyst" on consulting contract insisted: no testing, sandboxing (even tho 3rd prty to integrate wisely required it), no actual requirements (altho in SOW contract), in mission critical trading/fintech domain BI/AI! I cld use ur nukes analogy!
