The master branch of multi-backend Keras on GitHub has been updated to the 2.3.0 API. Now it supports TensorFlow 2.0. Note that it includes a few breaking changes. Lmk if you notice any issue (by filing an issue on GitHub).

Would be nice to include clear mention that Keras is unique in its support for AMD hardware on Mac computers via PlaidML. The current monopoly can really use such frameworks...
