Folks outside the US will probably find these tweets rather cryptic. The joke is that it's impossible to consume more than trace amounts of US right-wing political content (e.g. Fox News, Breitbart...) without running into dietary supplement ads

Oh for sure. The entire thing is basically a psychological operation to feed into/deal with fear and trauma regarding male sexual impotence and the pills and powders are as much a part of that as the mysoginistic and racist ideology.

Some truth there, but to reduce the rise of right wing to this is to mis-diagnose the problem. It is part due to too much rapid technological change giving people too less time to adjust, skills gap amplifying inequality, insecurity over too much illegal emigration. Nuance pls.
