Did you know that from the start or just decided it was shit after you saw the results? Because I think some appropriate tech could work... The first prototypes using glass instead of asphalt were surely doomed to fail, I mean adherence sure was poor and the result dangerous...
I did call it exactly like that when it was announced years ago, and so did countless other people. And that's precisely why I tweeted about it

Good for you I suppose. I hadn't the expertise to assert it was a certain failure and thought that this lost space as roads could certainly had been used for something else... Generating energy from it was not a silly idea. Maybe only the execution was bad?
