Put your solar panels in dedicated solar power plants (best). On rooftops. Inside roundabouts (which are just about everywhere in France). Anywhere. There is no reason to put them under the wheels of thousands of 1.5 ton vehicles going at 90 km/h

There was a good reason, that roads are mostly not covered by cars and thus quite exposed to sunlight. The point was *not* to use dedicated space.
