Put your solar panels in dedicated solar power plants (best). On rooftops. Inside roundabouts (which are just about everywhere in France). Anywhere. There is no reason to put them under the wheels of thousands of 1.5 ton vehicles going at 90 km/h

It's 2 things that don't benefit at all from being combined, where each half of the combination gets dramatically worse as a result (worse as a road, *way* worse as solar panels, especially in terms of maintenance and efficiency). Having asphalt roads and solar plants far better
