Back in San Francisco. Gridlock on the 101 at 2pm to get back into the city. You're all insane to want to stay here they have been absolutely atrocious stewards of growth in terms of infrastructure, residential, homelessness name it. Start clock on my 8 final months trapped here.

Good for you Adam! Currently in an EMBA program with my team out of SFO. They were all like “move here!” and I’m like nope! Not paying that much money for a 1bdr when I have 4 for half. Texas would be a better idea!
