That’s too much sugar, cocoa butter, and questionable food additives together with not enough cocoa solids. Guittard and Scharffen Berger have nice chocolate in the Bay Area. Chocolate has been in the Americas for 4 kya.

Hmmm... that would create a big outlier in the graph. The US would have much too low a chocolate consumption to explain all those Nobel prizes. There must be secret chocolate imports to the US from Belgium.
