Imho, what people think starts with what they attend to, which is certainly personal. Attention seems the root of perception & thought formation. We think about what we focus on. Thoughts are then informed by many things & can be shifted to change how the brain processes info.

If I worked on team with you all, I’d go out to lunch more often (vs eat at my desk). People I’ve worked with are part “sports team blah free agent blah” and other part “I don’t like the guy but trump does make some good points”. I need more “blow my mind” & less “melt my brain”
