One of the greatest tragedies of the 21st century is the stagnation and slow decline of nuclear power in most countries. It could have considerably reduced CO2 emissions.

Not sure I trust the US government with their D+ report card to implement it properly. If our bridges are about to collapse dont think were ready for nuclear plants. (this is in 2013, I imagine it has only become worse).
