I’ve wondered if argument mapping/mining is the solution to this (also the counter to fake news). If the argument is sound it might be ok if it was generated.

Spellcheck and grammar check, and ask a “first reader” (who never read the paper before) for first impressions on content, as well as someone for flow/language. The goal isn’t to write/publish a paper; the goal is to communicate.
