Imagine you had the power to send the stock market up or down by ~5% just by tweeting something about trade policy. You would do it over and over, and you & your friends would make billions through insider trading.

Bingo! Within all the noise and trades of the market these trades are near impossible to detect. On an account level it does not take a lot of AI to detect. Then the fallout is embarrassing: "How did the 3 year old nephew of this official time his trades so well? ..for 3 years,"
